Purchase Policy
1. Introduction
This Purchase Policy applies to purchases made through Speedmania’s website, online platforms, events, or approved sales channels. This may include merchandise, tickets, event registrations, digital products, memberships, sponsorship packages, brand collaborations, or other products and services offered by Speedmania. By making a purchase, you agree to this Purchase Policy.
2. Product and Service Availability
All products, tickets, event registrations, packages, and services are subject to availability. Speedmania reserves the right to change, update, limit, cancel, or discontinue any product, service, event, price, package, or promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices will be displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to availability, supplier costs, event requirements, tax changes, promotional campaigns, or operational updates. Speedmania reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an incorrect price is displayed, we may cancel the order and provide a refund where payment has already been made.
4. Payments
Payments may be accepted through approved payment methods listed at checkout or communicated by Speedmania. This may include online payment gateways, bank transfers, card payments, cash payments, or other approved methods. Orders will only be confirmed once payment is successfully received or approved.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, message, or website notification. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact connect@speedmania.lk with your payment details or order reference.
6. Merchandise Orders
For merchandise purchases, customers must provide accurate delivery information. Speedmania is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect contact details, incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
7. Event Tickets and Registrations
Event tickets and registrations are subject to the rules, terms, and entry conditions of each event. Speedmania may refuse entry or remove any person from an event for safety, security, misconduct, non-compliance with event rules, or instructions from organisers, venue operators, authorities, or motorsport governing bodies. Event schedules, locations, line-ups, activities, and experiences may change due to weather, safety requirements, regulatory approvals, operational issues, or circumstances beyond Speedmania’s control.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase.
Merchandise
Refunds or exchanges may be considered if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, provided the issue is reported within a reasonable time after delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging where applicable.
Event Tickets and Registrations
Unless otherwise stated, event tickets and registrations are generally non-refundable after purchase. Refunds may be considered if an event is cancelled by Speedmania and no alternative date, replacement event, credit, or transfer option is provided. If an event is postponed, tickets or registrations may remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable content, online access, memberships, or digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, unless required by applicable law.
Sponsorships and Brand Packages
Sponsorships, advertising, campaign placements, and brand partnership payments are subject to the agreed proposal, invoice, contract, or written confirmation. Refunds for sponsorship or partnership packages will be handled according to the agreed terms.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges may be allowed for eligible merchandise, subject to availability, condition of returned item, and approval by Speedmania. Customers may be responsible for return delivery charges unless the item was defective or incorrect due to Speedmania’s error.
10. Cancellations
Speedmania reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- Payment is not received
- Product is unavailable
- Information provided is incorrect
- Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
- Pricing or product information was displayed incorrectly
- The order violates our policies or applicable law
If payment has already been made and cancellation is approved, a refund may be processed through the original payment method or another approved method.
11. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on product type, location, courier availability, public holidays, and operational conditions. Speedmania is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.
12. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at connect@speedmania.lk with: Order number, Name, Contact number, Photos or videos of the issue, Delivery details. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
13. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional codes, discounts, giveaways, or special offers may be subject to specific terms. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless clearly stated. Speedmania reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
